Instructions on how to upload your photos or Images for evaluation

Step 1. If you have access to a scanner or have a digital camera, then you can upload your images on our web server for evaluation and/or restoration, retouching as well as for still image animation or slide show production service. Scan your original photograph(s) with the resolution of 600dpi (for small photos, 5" or less), otherwise scan at 400dpi, save your digital file in JPEG format with minimum or no compression. To upload your digital file(s) to our web server, please complete our «Photo / Image Upload Form». Follow step-by-step instructions then simply click on «Submit» button. Do not forget to complete «Special Instructions».

Depending on your Internet connection speed and the size of the file, sending pictures may take some time.

Step 2. When digital image is received by our experts, we will estimate the scope of effort necessary to restore the image, calculate the cost and provide you with firm quote and suggestions on your order. Upon receiving your approval and payment, we will start the restoration process.

Step 3 (Intermediate check-points). Within 3-5 days we will contact you and will send you a test version of your digital image. You will be able to evaluate the changes and approve the quality of the work. If you decide that your image needs further correction, or you choose to use additional services, this is the right time to request it. In the event that additional correction is required, we will send you another corrected test version(s) until you are satisfied.
